Preface
In the adjacent case I talked about the ATMS system, which deals with cargo delivery in Russia and the CIS. This is a web system used by employees working as dispatchers and drivers. They are the main users of the system.

The task of dispatchers is to manage trips (cars that carry cargo). The task of drivers is trips, timely delivery of cargo. A web system has been created for dispatchers, but drivers need an application
Task
An application that works in conjunction with the TMS system, but with limited functionality for drivers. The main goal is to keep track of the trip in digital format and enter trip data in a timely manner

The project is beneficial for businesses due to the optimization of data processing, thanks to which the dispatch center managers can quickly make decisions, as well as quickly plan new flights that are a source of income.

By investing funds, the business receives a tool that is predicted to bring in five times more profit. In addition, data from paper, telephone, messenger, will be conveniently structured

The product is a multifunctional solution with a profile
Functions
What is important is that drivers most often interact with the interface while driving or in various weather or environmental conditions (loading, unloading, cold, heat, rain, snow).
The application interface should be as clear and simple as possible

Survey
It was decided to clarify what, in addition to the basic functionality, drivers might need

It is also important to understand which details are most important in the sections that we have identified as the main ones.
Some survey results
Market analysis
Next, we took a break to look at the market, check additional useful functionality, assemble the architecture and divide all planned functions into sprints and releases
Persons
The main users are drivers, we are collecting a portrait based on them. We had direct contact with current drivers, so we clearly understood who these people were, what their requests and needs were.

We do not have the goal of finding out the hooks in the portrait that need to be pulled to sell. It is important for us to understand the person as a whole, how it will be convenient for him to use the phone while driving

Затем мы прорабатываем различные сценарии использования приложения
